We at Visuance take your privacy very seriously. Visuance does not trade, sell or rent your personal or corporate information to third parties. All information provided to us is kept strictly confidential. Company logos and images designed by Visuance are displayed with the permission of our clients.

Visuance uses website analysis software to analyze traffic to this web site. We do not create individual profiles for visitors. Unlike some tracking services utilized, Visuance does not maintain a database of individual profiles for each visitor. We only collect aggregate data. 

Payment Terms:
Unless otherwise specified, terms for payment are as follows: Half of the agreed upon fee for service is due prior to Visuance beginning work, with the balance due upon completion. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Any outstanding balance over 30 days is subject to 1.5% per month (18% APR) service charge. Visuance reserves the right to stop work if payment is not received pursuant to terms. Clients will be held liable for all reasonable expenses incurred for purposes of collection on delinquent balances including collection fees and attorney fees, should litigation be initiated.

Conditions:
All clients entering into an agreement with Visuance recognize this as a consultant/client arrangement designed to capitalize on the knowledge, resources and experience of Visuance and its' principal partners for the benefit of the client. Visuance and/or its' principals, employees, and subcontractors disclaim any implied or express warranties and liability from any real or perceived damages that may result as a consequence of actions taken on behalf of client in the normal course of business, for design elements challenged for copyright infringement or other reasons due to coincidental similarity, or for consequences of advice given, whether or not accepted. Visuance’s liability in any case will not exceed the total billing value of the particular design project in question.

All materials, designs, logos, and other intellectual property created by Visuance remain the property of Visuance until full payment is received. Visuance retains the rights and ownership of all materials, designs, logos, and other intellectual property presented in the course of a project that are not specifically accepted by the client under the terms of the agreement.
